Architect - Bilingual

The Role Looking for Bachelor in Architect with minimum 5 years of experience in  Architectural Design. Architectural Design, Preparation of drawings,  Concept design etc. for a Architectural Consultants based in Kuwait.

Requirements Bachelor Degree in Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience. Good communications skills in Arabic and English. Architectural Design, Preparation of drawings for different stages of  Projects including concept design, working drawings, quantity surveying  as built drawings, detailing, cost management quality management,  drawings, presentations, site visits and taking measurements,  coordination with the rest of disciplines, dealing with codes,  standards and assistance and follow up to statutory approval process. Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be:  Based in Kuwait  Arabic Speaker
